Every page card has its own move-earlier and move-later buttons, so Tab and Enter reorder the whole document without a single drag.
A new file, not an edit in place
You always get a fresh PDF. The original you uploaded is untouched and deleted within the hour like everything else.
Organize PDF pages: what to expect
Scanners feed pages in the wrong order, colleagues insert an appendix at the front, a cover page ends up last. Organize pages exists for those moments: a visual overview of the document and a way to fix the sequence in seconds.
Rotate and remove pages now live on their own pages, built on the same thumbnail grid, so switching between them keeps the same file loaded and the same visual feel.
If your goal is several files rather than one reordered file, Split PDF is the better tool. If you are combining documents first, Merge PDF and then come back here to tidy the result.

- Can I rotate or remove pages here?
- This page only reorders. Rotate PDF and Remove pages are separate tools, built the same way, one click away.
- Does moving pages change their content?
- No. Pages are copied into the new order exactly as they were.
- How large a document can I organize?
- A per-file page cap applies so thumbnails stay responsive. The exact number will be shown before you start.
- Is it accessible?
- Keyboard alternatives to drag-and-drop are a requirement, and the page list is announced to screen readers.
- Do bookmarks follow the pages?
- Bookmarks that point to a moved page are updated where the engine supports it. Details come with the release notes.
