Only the pages you pick
Leave the pages field empty to rotate everything, or list ranges such as 2, 5-7 for the odd landscape page.

Rotation changes one page attribute. Text, images and links are untouched.
Rotate PDF pages: what to expect
Scanners and phone cameras produce sideways pages all the time. The document is fine; it just faces the wrong way. Rotation is metadata on the page, which is why it is instant and lossless.
Clockwise 90 degrees fixes a page that reads top-to-bottom on the left. Counter-clockwise fixes the opposite. If a whole document is upside down, 180 degrees does it in one go.
Rotation is relative to the page’s current orientation, so applying 90 degrees twice equals 180. If you are unsure, rotate, check the preview in your viewer and run again if needed.
Questions, answered
- Will it rotate the content or the page box?
- The page. Content, text selection and links rotate with it, exactly as in any viewer.
- Can I rotate just one page?
- Yes. Enter its number in the pages field.
- Is quality affected?
- No. Nothing is re-rendered.
- What about mixed orientations?
- Run the tool once per group of pages, or use Organize pages when it gains per-page rotation.
- Does it work on scanned PDFs?
- Yes. Scans are just images on pages, and pages rotate.
