When processing launches

Documents will be processed by our own conversion workers and stored temporarily in a private Cloudflare R2 bucket. They will not be sent to external conversion or language-model services.

Temporary means temporary

Access will expire one hour after a job succeeds or fails. Automatic cleanup will remove inputs, results and previews, with retry monitoring and a backup storage deletion policy. You will also be able to request earlier deletion.

Less in the logs

Operational records will contain identifiers, status and usage metadata. Document names, text and signed download links do not belong in logs or analytics.

The final privacy policy, operator details and service terms will be published before accepting production documents.
