Terms of use

ConvertPDF (convertpdf.io) is currently a development preview. These terms describe the service as it exists today and will be replaced by full terms before paid features open.

What the preview is

Tools marked “Live” process your files on our servers and delete inputs and outputs within one hour of the job finishing. Tools marked “In development” only let you arrange files in your browser; nothing leaves your device until they open. Paid plans and credits are not available yet.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to process content you have no right to use, to probe or overload the service, or to circumvent limits. We may suspend access that harms the service or other users.

No warranty in the preview

The preview is provided as is, without warranties of availability or fitness for a particular purpose. Features marked “in development” are not commitments to a release date or exact behaviour.

Privacy

How we plan to handle documents, storage and deletion is described on the privacy page. When processing opens, inputs and outputs will be deleted within one hour of a job finishing.

Credits

The ConvertPDF logo mark is based on a design by Freepik, used under the Freepik free licence with attribution. Tool pictograms and the rest of the interface are our own work.
